Congratulations on making the decision

to pursue personal wellness coaching

and to give up the Superwoman Myth!

To initiate your personal wellness coaching, I’ll email instructions for accessing my private client website.  The site includes a welcome page that includes all the information you will need to get started.

After you register as a client, you will need to accept the client agreement.  I will enter a bill for your first month of coaching.  Payment may be made via credit card or PayPal on the website.

You may access my calendar and schedule coaching appointments on the site as well.

You will also be able to complete some brief client forms which will help me to have some basic information about you prior to our first coaching session.

At our first session, we will spend 45 minutes reviewing your concerns about juggling career, home and family.  We will discuss what has been helpful and problematic in addressing these concerns in the past.  You will have an opportunity to share any insights you gained from completing the worksheet as well as any initial progress you’ve made in letting go of the Superwoman Myth.  I will ask you to share with me a general idea of what you would like to achieve in personal wellness coaching as well as a tentative completion date for that goal.

During our weekly (25 minute) follow up calls, we will further explore your energizers and exhausters, self-defeating behaviors, support system and your personal goals.  Each week you will commit to a specific action for moving forward toward an identified goal.

At the end of each month we will review progress and renew our agreement to continue working together for the upcoming month until you are satisfied with the progress you have made.

Upon completion of our work together, we will develop a plan for your continued success as you shed the Superwoman Myth.
